Q.: What do you get when you mix loosely packed soil, a torrential downpour, and a heavy cement truck?

A.: A very big mess.




He was pouring concrete just to the left of the truck. That area was promptly covered with water. My coworker asked if I think they're going to re-pour the now flooded fresh concrete. Methinks not.

He's been sitting there for two hours, wheels sinking, barrel churning, waiting for...? A drought? A helicopter? Not sure. There's a big pit in front of him, and wet concrete behind him. Let's hear it for overtime pay!

And yes, it's a slow day here at the office. The entertainment has been welcome.
